1.0 PURPOSE

ETC is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all individuals, including those with disabilities. This Multi-year Accessibility Plan outlines our commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring all aspect are accessible to persons with disabilities.

2.0 MULTI-YEAR ACCESSIBILITY PLAN

ETC is committed to fulfilling our requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. This accessibility plan outlines the steps we are taking to meet those requirements and to improve opportunities for people with disabilities.

Our plan shows how we will play our role in making Ontario an accessible province for all Ontarians. We will review the plan and update it at least once every 5 years. We train every person as soon as practicable after being hired and provide training in respect of any changes to the policies.

2.1. Continuous Improvement

ETC strives for continuous improvement in all aspects of the business and will do the following to ensure we improve our accessibility plan.

  • We will regularly review and update this plan to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • We will actively seek feedback from employees, customers, and visitors with disabilities to inform our accessibility efforts.
  • We will stay informed about new and emerging accessibility standards and best practices.

2.2 Action Plan

3.0 MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PLAN

ETC is committed to reviewing and updating this Accessibility Policy regularly. Changes will be made as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with the AODA and to address the evolving needs of persons with disabilities.
